For straightforward integrations, Microsoft Power Automate is often the right tool — fast to build, easy to maintain, and likely already included in your Microsoft 365 licence. For higher-volume or more complex scenarios, we use Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus to build reliable, scalable integrations that handle large amounts of data and recover gracefully from errors. Where multiple systems need a single, secure connection point, we use Azure API Management to create a consistent interface between your platforms — reducing complexity and making future integrations easier to add.
